This notice describes the limited information used during the Nativian concierge pilot. It is an operational summary and may be updated before the public pilot begins.
What we collect
When you request availability, we collect your name, selected experience, preferred language and time, group details, optional note, and basic campaign attribution.
Why we use it
We use the information only to prepare your request, contact suitable local hosts, operate the experience, and understand whether the pilot is useful to travelers.
Analytics
We use anonymous usage analytics to understand how the pilot performs. Analytics events do not contain your name, message, or note.
Storage and sharing
Requests are stored without automatic expiration until Nativian deletes them. Access is limited to the Nativian team, and only the details needed to arrange an experience are shared with a selected host.
